Last week, our church's praise album was released. I heard some people ask, "Oh, was this album our song? Did we write this song?" I was happy to hear the question, "Did you like our praise this much?" and I thought, "Oh, we should get closer to it."
The reason why I think this album is meaningful is that the various gifts God gave to our church are used to convey the gospel of Jesus. And I believe the other thing is that the journey of faith that our church has walked together since it was pioneered four years ago has become a message, and it has become our confession to raise and praise God.
Praise has power when it becomes my story. I believe that I have the ability to experience God who is my confession and works in it and dream of God's things together beyond it.
Today, let's take a look at the word of God that you want from your individual and our community about the power of praise.
Isaiah is the Old Testament's prophecy. It contains God's judgment, salvation, and prophecies about our messiah, Christ, who will come in the future.
And so importantly, until Jesus Christ came, God chose one person to dream of Israel's recovery, and I would like to introduce that there is a story of recovery through praise.
Flags are set up on the mountain and blow trumpets. It is the role of the priests to blow the trumpets. The trumpets are an act of praising God and also an act of announcing God's presence.
The place where the power of praise comes first is where God's presence is. When we worship, we say "Imjae" a lot. What is Imjae? Imjae refers to the state of being full of God's existence and glory. God's presence is that we are in all times and places where we worship God.
In this way, the trumpets serve to announce God's presence, start worship, and represent God's glory.
Love God's presence when you worship him. Long for God's fullness.
You can experience the power of praise in the presence of God.
